as advanced nurse practitioners within a specialty.

Master’s degree
in Nursing with
Global Healthcare

This program helps students achieve valuable perspectives on emerging healthcare issues resultant of world-wide globalization; develop a future-oriented mind-set through systematic study of theories and reseach activities; obtain qualities required for a global nursing specialist. it helps nurses, international aid institution staff, and planners of overseas medical service trip at hospitals and public/private institutions to develop necessary expertise for successful leadership of their programs.

Education

This program encourages the students to develop innovative professional education and training strategies that can meet the increasing need for on-site training; become leaders of simulation-based education who are equipped with theories and methodologies required for improving patient care effectiveness. it is designed to increase professionalism and leadership of those who train nurses, medical technicians, medical record administrators, emergency rescue workers, nutritionists, or other healthcare providers.

Master’s degree
in Public Health

This program is educating professionals who will lead public health policy creation and public health knowledge expansion/organization. Acquiring knowledge and skills required for studying human health issues and developing public health policies based on interdisciplinary cooperation are some of the training objectives of this program. It is for doctors, dentists, nurses, medical technicians, emergency rescue workers, nutritionists, estheticians, and other public healthcare providers who seek to increase their professionalism and leadership.

Advanced Practice
Nurse:
Geriatric Nursing

This program is designed to prepare advanced practice nurses to deliver primary health care to all persons across the adult lifespan through end of life. Students learn to explores what are health promotion behaviors and how nurses can help plan and implement the health promotion behaviors for older adults. The topics included in the course are nutrition, safe and healthy exercise, optimum sleep, stress management and health screening for early detection of disease.

Advanced Practice
Nurse:
Oncology Nursing

The Oncology Nurse Practitioner prepares advanced practice nurses to assume leadership roles in the delivery of care to the oncology patient and family. Students learn to evaluate the health status of individuals and families, build interdependent relationships through the health care system, participate in and make use of research, and analyze issues that influence and contribute to the development of oncology nursing. Students practice as advanced practice nurses in a variety of primary and acute settings, including comprehensive cancer centers, community hospitals, ambulatory clinics, private practice, palliative care settings and hospice.

Graduates are eligible to take the national professional certifying exam offered by the Korean Accreditation Board of Nursing Education (KABONE). The Advanced Nurse Practitioner curriculum meets requirements for the Korean Accreditation Board of Nursing Education’s ANP certification exam.
