Introduce
Dr. Cho is a professor of child health nursing and has demonstrated expertise in neonatal care, child safety education, and parenting education.
She is one of outstanding Korean Nursing leaders and has the following career experience ; the President of Korean Academy of Child Health Nursing, President of Red Cross College of Nursing, Board Member of Directors of Korean Society of Nursing Science, Board Member of Directors of Korean Nurses Association, Vice President of Korean Academic Society of Nursing Education, and Board Member of Directors of Global Korean Nursing Foundation.
As a member of the Government Policy Coordination Committee for Children of the Prime Minister's Office, she has participated in the government's child-related policies, and advised children and adolescents and health-related reports as a member of the YONHAP NEWS Agency. Advertising Committee of the Korea Communications Standards Commission consulted about false and exaggerated advertising of children and youth, women and health care. She is the Board Member of Directors of Samsung Dream Scholarship Foundation which is Korea's largest private
scholarship foundation.
Professor Kap-Chul Cho, a nursing education administrator, promoted the merger of Chung-Ang University and Red Cross College of Nursing and launched Red Cross college of nursing in Chung-Ang University that is the largest nursing college in Korea.
