Dr. Cho is a professor of child health nursing and has demonstrated expertise in neonatal care, child safety education, and parenting education.
She is one of outstanding Korean Nursing leaders and has the following career experience ; the President of Korean Academy of Child Health Nursing, President of Red Cross College of Nursing, Board Member of Directors of Korean Society of Nursing Science, Board Member of Directors of Korean Nurses Association, Vice President of Korean Academic Society of Nursing Education, and Board Member of Directors of Global Korean Nursing Foundation.

As a member of the Government Policy Coordination Committee for Children of the Prime Minister's Office, she has participated in the government's child-related policies, and advised children and adolescents and health-related reports as a member of the YONHAP NEWS Agency. Advertising Committee of the Korea Communications Standards Commission consulted about false and exaggerated advertising of children and youth, women and health care. She is the Board Member of Directors of Samsung Dream Scholarship Foundation which is Korea's largest private
scholarship foundation.

Professor Kap-Chul Cho, a nursing education administrator, promoted the merger of Chung-Ang University and Red Cross College of Nursing and launched Red Cross college of nursing in Chung-Ang University that is the largest nursing college in Korea.

Ph.D. KyungSook Park is a professor in the Department of Nursing, College of Medicine at Chung-Ang university. She has been working as a registered nurse(Intensive care unit, General surgery unit, Orthopedic surgery unit etc) and a director of nursing for 17 years at Chung-Ang university medical center and joined the faculty in 25.
Ph.D. Park is a professor with a research career. She published articles every year, still actively engaged as a research and nursing reformer. Her research interest fields are Nursing Research, Complementary and Alternative therapy(CAT), Adult nursing and Geriatric Nursing.
Ph.D. KyungSook Park is also busy clinically performing Complementary and Alternative Therapy(CAT). She has a particular interest in Balance Taping Therapy. As a member of The Korean Complementary and Alternative Therapy Nursing Association, she recently organized The Balance Taping Therapy Subcommittee and was elected to the first president. She has now more than 100 regular members included doctors in Seoul, is planning to apply to The Balance Taping Therapy to nursing field as well as community.
