    이해영 교수는 서울대학교 간호대학에서 학사, 석사, 박사 과정을 마치고 서울대학교병원에서 13년 3개월 동안 근무하면서 다양한 임상 경력을 쌓았다. 2013년 3월 호서대학교에서 교직생활을 시작하였으며, 2018년 9월에 중앙대학교로 옮겨와 현재 재직중이다. 간호대학생이 행복하게 자신의 미래를 준비하고 현장의 간호사들이 행복하게 일할 수 있는 여건을 만들어 가는데 관심이 있으며, 이를 위해 관련 연구를 열심히 수행하고 학문 분야에 기여할 수 있도록 꾸준히 노력하고 있다.
