CSUEB, located in East Bay, California, USA, has been operating a short-term training program in which undergraduate students visit CSUEB from 2020 after signing an international exchange agreement with the College of Nursing, observe nursing college classes and practice in hospitals in the United States, and experience culture.
Kagoshima University (鹿児島大学), Japan
In 2012, an international exchange agreement was signed with Kagoshima University’s College of Health Sciences, located in Kagoshima Prefecture, Japan, and after that, undergraduate and graduate students from both schools visited each university to observe nursing education sites through nursing college class visits and hospital visits. You have an opportunity to experience Japanese culture.
Hue University, Vietnam
Hue University is located in Vietnam, and exchanges started from the 2015 winter training program, and the detailed program consists of a field trip with Vietnam Hue University and a hospital, and practice at Quang Nam Hospital.
Center for Asia Pacific Exchanges, Hawaii, USA
Our undergraduate students started participating in the training program run by the Center for Asia-Pacific Exchanges (CAPE) in Hawaii, USA in 2009. The program consists of four weeks of lectures in English, which focus on discussion and presentation, special lectures on nursing, visits to medical institutions and practical training, and cultural experiences, providing opportunities for diverse experiences.
