개요
학부교육과정에서 응급간호실습과 신경계 간호를 교육하고 있다. 대학원 교육과정에서 통증이론 및 간호, 시뮬레이션 교육설계, 시뮬레이션 교육사정 등을 교육하고 있다. 미국심폐소생협회 기본소생술 강사로서 심폐소생술 교육을 담당하고 있다.
주요 관심 연구 분야는 심폐소생술, 도구개발, 시뮬레이션 기반 교육, 신경계 간호이다. 관심 분야에 대한 연구를 SSCI 저널에 다수 발표하였다. 미국 Gordon Center for Research in Medical Education, University of Miami Miller School of Medicine, 에서 research fellow를 수료하였다. 한국연구재단에서 연구비를 수주하여 연구를 진행하고 있다. 다수의 국내외 저널(성인간호학회지, 한국간호시뮬레이션학회지, BMC Medical Education, BMJ Open, BMJ Simulation & Technology Enhanced Leaning, International Neurourology Journal, Nursing and Health Sciences, Nurse Education in Practice)의 심사위원을 맡았다.
주임교수와 통합간호실습센터장을 역임하였다. 팀기반 교육과 시뮬레이션 기반 교육에 관해 각각 병원간호사회와 서울특별시 간호사외의 보수교육 강사로 활동하고 있다. 한국간호시뮬레이션학회와 한국의료시뮬레이션 학회에서 다수의 학술강연을 진행하고 있다.
