개요

곽연희는 중앙대학교 병원과 삼성서울병원을 14년동안 임상간호사로서 근무하였고, 시간강사로 강의를 시작하여 현재 중앙대학교 교원으로 간호학과에서 학부, 대학원 학생을 대상으로 기본간호학, 건강사정, 관련 실습지도, 간호연구 등을 강의 등 다양한 경력을 가지고 있습니다.
임상경력은 중앙대학교 병원과 삼성서울병원에서 근무하는 동안 다양한 분야의 경험을 통해 전문직 간호사의 역량을 높이기 위해 노력하였습니다. 1995년부터 2000년까지 병원 내 라마즈 분만교실의 강사로 활동하였고, 2000년에는 석사 학위논문과 연계하여 모자동실과 모유수유에 대한 성공률 조사는 연구를 실시하였습니다, 중환자실에 근무할 당시인 2008년에는 서울대학교병원에서 실시하는 “중환자간호과정”을 수료함으로써 중환자간호사에게 필요한 지식과 기술을 익혔습니다.
교육자와 연구자로서 관동대학교(현 가톨릭관동대학교), 한중대학교 등에서 여성건강간호학, 기본간호학, 건강사정, 성인간호학, 아동간호학 등 다양한 간호학 분야를 강의하였습니다.

개요

김혜진 교수는 다양한 임상경험을 통해 정신건강증진, 근거중심 간호실무와 간호실습교육의 효율화 등에 관심을 가지고 있는 간호과학자이자 연구교육자입니다. 서울아산병원 신경외과 중환자실을 거쳐 의료소송 법무법인, 간호협회, 건강검진 전문병원과 정신보건간호사회 간사업무 등 다양한 분야에서의 경험을 두루 갖춘 이력의 소유자입니다. 이러한 경험을 통해 정신질환자에 대한 오해와 편견을 없애고 정신건강증진이라는 주제에 관심을 가지기 시작하였으며, 이후에도 중앙대학교병원 정신건강의학과 병동, VIP 병동, 소화기내과 병동의 다양한 부서에서 십수 년 근무하며 임상현장에서의 노하우를 갖춘 준비된 교육자라고 할 수 있습니다. 임상현장에서도 관심 주제와 관련된 연구를 꾸준히 수행하며 간호교육과 학문적 발전에 기여하기 위해 노력하였으며, 최근에는 학생들의 역량강화나 질적 수준 향상을 위해 효과적인 교육방법에 관심을 가지고 연구를 수행중입니다. 또한, 정신건강 전문간호사 자격을 바탕으로 간호실습에 대한 학생들의 불안과 두려움을 감소시키기 위한 마인드 컨트롤 방법, 자기효능감 향상에 영향을 주는 방법 등을 연구하며, CAU2030의 지향점 아래 세계적 간호에 기여할 수 있는 훌륭한 글로벌 인재양성에 혼신의 힘을 다하고자 노력하는 간호교육자 중 한 사람입니다.

저는 학부에서 건강사정, 성인간호학, 암생존자통합관리 등의 이론과 실습을 강의하고 있으며, 대학원에서 측정 및 도구개발과 상급간호통계학을 강의하고 있습니다. 이전 경력으로 미국 콜롬비아대학교에서 박사후연구원, 건국대학교 간호학과 교수, 뉴욕대학교 방문교수 등이 있습니다. 그동안 수행한 연구과제는 탄광진폐증 환자의 호흡재활프로그램 개발, 유방암 관련 림프부종 위험행동감소 중재프로그램 개발, 유방암생존자를 위한 지역사회 기반 교육센터모형 개발, 인공방광을 지닌 비근침윤성 방광암 생존자의 생활네비게이션 프로그램 개발, 및 대장암환자에서 생존자로의 삶의 궤적 개선을 위한 삶의 전환모델 개발 등입니다. 환자에게 도움이 되는 연구를 하겠다는 각오로 암환자 대상 연구를 지속적으로 하고 있으며, 현재는 장루를 가진 대장암환자의 화장실 이용 개선, 인공방광을 지닌 방광암환자의 배뇨 개선 및 소아암 장기 생존자의 건강과 학습역량 개선 등의 연구를 진행하고 있습니다.
지난 2019~2021년에 간호대학장을 역임하였으며, 2024년부터 제26대 한국성인간호학회 회장으로서 미래간호를 위한 새로운 50년을 준비하고 있습니다.

Dr. Min is an Associate Professor at the Chung-Ang University, Department of Nursing. The long-term goals of her nursing research career are to improve nurse work environments and to provide better quality of care for patients. Dr. Min’s program of research is dedicated to examining the impact of nurse staffing on both nurse and patient outcomes. As part of her doctoral program in nursing, her research activities specifically focused on nurse staffing and nurse-sensitive patient outcomes. She conducted studies on the efficiency of critical care units in the U.S. and applied data envelopment analysis (DEA), which is a novel approach in nursing science. The significance of her research has been recognized with a competitive funding from Midwest Nursing Research Society, Sigma Theta Tau International (Alpha Lambda Chapter), and National Research Foundation of Korea (Individual Basic Science & Engineering Research Program). Currently, she is conducting studies to examine the impact of nurse fatigue and sleep deprivation on nurse and patient outcomes in hospital settings. The study findings will be a significant step toward achieving a comprehensive understanding of nurse fatigue and patient safety that she would contribute to development of healthcare policy and improvement of nursing practice.

중앙대학교 간호학과 부교수 박시현입니다. 저는 중앙대학교 간호학과를 졸업하였고 미국 University of Washington School of Nursing에서 간호학 PhD.를 받았습니다. 저의 주요 연구 분야는 젠더기반 건강형평성(Gender health Equity)으로써 사회 및 문화적 구조로 인한 여성 취약계층의 건강 및 안전 문제를 주로 연구하고 있습니다. 저는 대학시절 상도동에서 다양한 지역사회 활동을 하면서 지역사회 내의 취약가정, 특히 가정 내 여성 및 아이들이 겪는 문제와 관심을 가져왔고, 그 때의 경험들을 현재의 연구분야로 발전시켰습니다. 저는 지역사회 스스로의 역량증진 통해 이러한 사회적 문제해결에 기여하는 것을 목표로 하고 있기에 연구프로젝트를 통해 지역사회의 성(젠더)폭력에 대한 인식개선, 신고의도 증진 및 도움역량 증진을 위한 프로토콜과 교육 프로그램 등을 개발하였고 이를 통해 지역사회의 성(젠더)폭력 피해자발견 및 도움 역량증진의 결과를 여러 논문을 통해 발표하고 있습니다. 또한 여러 관련 연구를 통해 한국 문화 내 젠더의 개념과 젠더 간 폭력 현상에 대한 연구를 발표하고 있습니다. 저는 또한 질적연구자로서 근거이론, 현상학, 민속지학 연구 등의 다양한 질적연구들을 수행합니다. 앞으로도 지역사회의 여성 취약계층, 특히 폭력 피해 여성과 가족을 위해 다양한 연구 및 프로그램 개발 등 수행해 나갈 계획입니다.

After 9 years of experience as a nurse at maternity wards, professor Gisoo Shin earned her master's degree in nursing at Yonsei University with the thesis on the "Analysis of the delivery experiences perceived by pregnant women based on the presence of their families during the event". She later earned her PhD in bioscience at Korea University with the dissertation on the "Analysis of monocytic intracellular monokine levels in patients with cancer and bacterial infections". She also worked as a visiting professor at the University of Washington.

She currently teaches women's health nursing at Chung-Ang University. Her researches focus on nursing interventions using the developed web or mobile applications and immune responses. The studies were funded by numerous prominent institutions, including National Research Foundation of Korea and Korea Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

Dr. Yoo is currently an Associate Professor of Department of Nursing at the Chung-Ang University. Dr. Yoo received B.S and M.S degree in nursing from Yonsei University, and Ph.D. degree in physiology from Seoul National University College of Medicine. After getting phD, she worked as postdoctoral fellow in University of Illinois at Chicago and University of Chicago.
Dr. Yoo is responsible for leading the integration between nursing and physiological research. Her research interests include cardiovascular pathophysiology and pathogenic mechanisms of chronic diseases, including diabetes, breast cancer, pulmonary hypertension and metabolic syndrome. In another line of research, Dr. Yoo focuses on identifying genetic variation and biomarker related to vascular endothelial dysfunction based on healthcare big data analysis. Her current source of research funding is from National Research Foundation(NRF).

개요

이해영 교수는 서울대학교 간호대학에서 학사, 석사, 박사 과정을 마치고 서울대학교병원에서 13년 3개월 동안 근무하면서 다양한 임상 경력을 쌓았다. 2013년 3월 호서대학교에서 교직생활을 시작하였으며, 2018년 9월에 중앙대학교로 옮겨와 현재 재직중이다. 간호대학생이 행복하게 자신의 미래를 준비하고 현장의 간호사들이 행복하게 일할 수 있는 여건을 만들어 가는데 관심이 있으며, 이를 위해 관련 연구를 열심히 수행하고 학문 분야에 기여할 수 있도록 꾸준히 노력하고 있다.

개요

Dr. Jun’s research has focused on biobehavioral interventions for symptom management to promote daily functioning and quality of life among adults with chronic diseases and their family caregivers. In particular, based on her clinical experience in an intensive care unit for eight years, she has helped to improve sleep quality among critically ill patients. During her postdoctoral research, she contributed to biological nursing science in testing the use of biomarkers to measure stress in people living with dementia and their family caregivers. Her long-term research goal is to develop interventions for reducing symptom burden in patient-caregiver dyads and to test the interventions’ effects using biomarkers and physiological responses. Dr. Han is an enthusiastic nurse scientist and outstanding researcher. She is an Associate Professor of Nursing at the Chung-Ang University College of Nursing. Dr. Han’s research interests include nursing workforce issues in relation to nurse and patient outcomes in various settings. Her research incorporates quantitative methods with advanced statistical analysis techniques, e.g.,. longitudinal analysis and latent class modeling. The significance of her research has been recognized with highly competitive funding from the National Research Foundation of Korea (NRF) and Bumsuk Academic Research Institute. She has over 40 high quality publications in peer-reviewed journals and professional publications. Dr Han is now collaborating with the University of Maryland School of Nursing research team for expanding the US nursing phenomena to Korean for cross-cultural comparison and policy recommendation. Dr Han has been working with the team since 2008, first as a graduate RA in the University of Maryland School of Nursing PhD program, then as a post-doctoral fellow, and currently as Associate Professor at Chung-Ang University College of Nursing in Seoul, Korea. She has developed expertise in analysis of large national databases, contribute her expertise to organizing the study datasets, and consult on the design and execution of the data analysis.

한지희 교수는 2021년 9월부터 중앙대학교 적십자간호대학의 조교수로 근무하고 있습니다.
삼성서울병원 부인과 병동 근무를 시작으로 여성건강간호 전반에 걸쳐 다양한 임상, 교육, 연구 경험을 쌓아왔으며, 현재 여성암 환자의 돌봄을 위한 다양한 연구들을 수행하고 있습니다. 아울러 학생들이 참 간호인으로 성장할 수 있도록 최선을 다해 돕고자 합니다.

Dr. Soomin Hong is an Assistant Professor at the Red Cross College of Nursing, Chung-Ang University. Her research is dedicated to advancing nursing science by improving the quality of life for cancer patients through innovative and integrative approaches to symptom management and supportive care. With a particular focus on older adults with advanced cancer, Dr. Hong explores frailty, symptom burden, and rehabilitation strategies that enhance patients' functional recovery and overall well-being. Recognizing the critical role of caregivers in optimizing patient care, she also investigates supportive interventions that address their needs. In addition to patient and caregiver research, her work extends to nursing education, where she focuses on clinical reasoning training and competency development to enhance the quality of oncology nursing practice. Through evidence-based research and interdisciplinary collaboration, she strives to develop targeted interventions that improve patient outcomes and contribute to the evolving field of oncology nursing.

홍혜정 교수는 일리노이 주립대학교(시카고) 간호대학에서 박사학위를 받은 후 2년간 연세대학교 간호대학에서 연구교수로 재직하였습니다. 또한, 약 13년간 시카고 Illinois Masonic Medical Center, telemetry 병동에서 근무하여 다양한 만성질환 환자와 보호자에 대한 임상경험을 가지고 있습니다. 현재 소아암 생존자를 대상으로 증상관리와 삶의 질에 대한 연구, 간호사의 근무환경과 수면에 대한 연구를 수행하고 있으며 성인간호학, 만성질환관리 관련 과목을 담당하여 교육하고 있습니다. 현재(2021-2023) 중앙대학교 적십자간호대학 부교수와 간호과학연구소장으로 재직하고 있습니다.
